PayPal: having the purchaser pay the fees

PayPal fees are worked out for us as 3.5%+$0.45. Is there a way that I can set things up that if someone purchase via paypal, that they pay these fees i.e If they use paypal, I need their purchase price to be calculated as:

(displayedprice+0.45)/(1-3.4%), rounded to 2 decimal places.

Actually when you configure the paypal payment method you can find two fields, one to set the fees in percent and another one to set a fix paypal fee. If you fill these fields, so the customer will have the payment fees included in his order.

The calculation of the fees is not enough advanced to have your desired operation.
So if your really need this calculation, you will have to make a plugin.
