Change final total heading in the checkout

Hi,

The shopping basket shows "Final Total" heading before adding delivery in my checkout process, when customer registers and the location is identified then the basket is updated with the delivery charge, it's quite misleading for customers as the "Final Total" before registration is not really final as later the delivery charge is added, is there any way to change the heading of the basket before registration to "Total before delivery charge" ? I understand that it's the same view used across checkout process, but possibly there is a way to add an if statement, something like if delivery is added then display a header "A", else display a header "B" ?

I don't think that you'll be able to display the real "Final total" before loging in and select your billing and shipping address/shipping and payment methods/coupon code/...
The only solution will probably be to only display the cart step after the "login/address/payment/shipping/coupon/..." steps, also note that you can also display a cart module during your checkout so that your customer will be always reminded of what is in his cart.
