-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3-1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

How do I set up the following checkout process?

Enter Guest info or Login to determine country code so that the shipping/delivery costs can be calculated - press next and the checkout cart appears followed by payment options.

I just cant see how to do this using the Advanced checkout workflow

Thanks,

Mike

Hi,

You want the login and address views on the first step, then the shipping on a second step and finally the payment/cart on the last step.

Thanks Nicolas but I am still a little confused.

From the attached screen shot there is a row of horizontal boxes at the top of the page and then a column with many rows underneath it.

I dont see an add step button like show in the forum example www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/54733-ch...different-pages.html

Which of these two rows controls the checkout process and how do I add steps?

Regards,

Mike

The top area only lists all the possible views that you can use on the checkout.
The bottom area has several grey zones (4 on your screenshot). Each grey area is a step of your checkout. Inside it you can the views that will be displayed in the step.
You can move the views inside a step zone, around different step zones, from the top area to a step zone, from a step zone to the delete icon.
You can see that the last grey area is empty. If you add a view in it, it will become a new step of your checkout automatically. If a step is empty when you save the configuration the step won't be used on your checkout.
In your case, your checkout has three steps, the first one with login/shipping/payment/status/field, a second step with address and a third one with cart.
