Thanks for clarifying the error message. I have read the www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html#ship and all look ok.

I attach a screenshot of the shipping rules that I have set up -they look to cover every possibility to me for a $5000 order.

Can someone login to my admin panel and take a quick look to stop us going back and forth looking for a needle in a haystack ?

Thanks to publish the shipping method "Entrega 4"

Thanks Xavier I must be going crazy

However, as you can see from the attached screen shot even with entraga 4 published it wont select a delivery method for the $2000 purchase.

Wht evle can be wrong?
