Shipping item with no weight

Shipping an item with postage included – weight is set to zero

I am using a manual shipping plugin for zero weight products (shipping included in price) and it works fine.
Auto select default shipping and payment methods & Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection are both set to auto.

The problem is that all that comes up in shipping address area is: “I will pickup my order from the farm when I receive an email that it is ready for pickup.” Which is text from my local pickup plugin instead of the ship to another address options.

I need the ship to another address options.

I think I got it fixed. I got ride of the auto submit stuff and made the Minimum weight: 0lb
Maximum weight:.1lb in my manual plug in and it works the way I want now.
