Hi,
A client made an order (payment method: wire transfer), she received the email notification and made the payment. (We alredy received several similar orders wich worked fine).
But in this order I did not receive any email notification and in backend II see that the order status is: None.
This does not happen when Payment Method is set to Paypal.
Do you have any Idea why the order status did not change to "Crated"?
