Main Product Page Cart Issues

When on a main product page such as this page the quantity buttons do not work and when the add to cart button is clicked, you are immediately brought to the checkout process. How do I fix this please?

I just tried and the buttons are working and when I click on add to cart it redirects me to the product listing.
Did you solve your issue? Did you try with another browser?

When a user is not logged in, it redirects to a product listing page, but it should go to a shopping cart or it should display a pop up that says "you need to be logged in". When the user is logged in, it goes right to the checkout, it should display a pop up that gives the user the option to continue shopping or to checkout. The quantity buttons do work on the page, but it doesn't actually add the amount specified to the cart, it doesn't add anything to the cart, it just takes you to the checkout process but the item is missing from the cart.

1. Can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? can you also disable it in the joomla config, unpublish the cache plugin, clear your browser's cache and try it again ?

2. Did you used the "After a product is added to the cart" options to display an add to cart popup ?

1. I dont have the Joomla! cache plugin enabled. I tried clearing my broswers cache as well as tried other browsers and it still isnt functioning properly.

2. I have the pop up enabled yes, it works just fine from the product table. It just does not work correctly from the main product page.

3. I didn't have to add any custom code as this works correctly from the table. I does not work correctly from the main product page as well.

That's strange, you don't have any JS error.
Could you post a screenshot of the configuration with the "After a product is added to the cart" option?
You might also try to disable some plugins that are playing with th redirection if you have any.

Yes it is in fact very strange, it seems to function perfectly fine anywhere else on the site, its just the main product page.

Can you download the last Hikashop version (2.3.1) through our website, and install it, also if you are you using any SEF module can you disable it and test it again ?
