Using plugin for removing username

I am using the www.lunarhotel.co.uk/ plugin for removing the username from the login and registration process. I am also using the checkout login switcher with the registration and guest options selected. On the login screen it still displays the Username as a option. What pages do I edit the php for the login switcher page?

I have also asked the maker of the plugin however this information above will be valuable.
