Hi there,

I can't figure this one out - if I add to cart I just get redirected to home page and nothing is added to cart.

I turned debug on and it works OK and the above message appears on pop-up

Any help appreciated :-)

Ian

Hi,

For some strange reason, the browser doesn't find the hikashopModifyQuantity javascript function on your page when you click on the add to cart button, even though it's added in the header. Something else must be conflicting here.
Change the "Button style" option of the configuration back to "normal" and that way it will work even without the javascript function defined.

I have a similar problem. If I add a product to the cart it works fine, but if a add a second product it redirects to my homepage. The product is added to the cart but I have go back my shop page to continue shopping.
The button style is set to normal. If I set it to CSS the layout changes of course, but the behavior is the same.
What to do?
Roger

Hello,
If you are using a SEF module / SEF options, can you disable it and try it again ?

Hi Mohamed,
I tried without SEF and it worked. If I switch SEF on it adds '?popup=1' to the URL after I put a product to the shopping cart. That is probably because of the pop up that says, that a product has been added to the cart.
If I add a product to the cart and change the product category, the rerouting to the homepage doesn't happen.
Is there a solution? I can't just switch off SEF - that looks akward...
Best
Roger

Hi,

It seems that your template is having an error (in gantry-engines.js file) and that is potentially causing the error in HikaShop regarding the display of the popup.

Could you try to change the settings of the option "After a product is added to the cart" in order to see what's happening ?
Select the value "Stay on the same page".

Hi Xavier,
I tried this setting and it works. Is there a solution to get the pop up?
Thanks
Roger

Hi,

At this point the solution seems to be to solve the JavaScript error generated by your template.
So potentially contact the gantry team.
