Duplicate orders being made

Hi. Something strange is happening. About 3 days ago some customers were creating duplicate orders. Not all customers but there have been a handful of customers that duplicate orders starting coming through. I have not updated anything on hikashop or intalled or updated extensions or template so i am at a loss. Can you point on where to start or do you have any suggestion on why this might be happening. I am using payflowpro as the gateway.

Were all the duplicated orders set as confirmed or stuck at created ?
Do you still have this issue ?

In the order details page, at the bottom of the page, history part is there anything strange in the comments ?
Do you have things returned in the payment error log file in Configuration > Main > Files ?

Good question. However, my customer changed the status to refund and i did not notice at the time. And yes, we still have the problem as of yesterday. We had 1 duplicate come in, 3 that were ok and then another duplicate. So it's not every order. The other day our host had an issue and the system become very slow so i thought maybe the customer got impatient and resent the order but yesterday there were no performance issues that i am aware of.

I don't see anything strange in order detail as compared to the other orders that went through properly. I am no sure how to access the error log file so i cannot comment on that one yet.

I have managed to locate the "payment error log file in Configuration > Main > " I checked the report and there were no documented errors-
The log file is empty /homepages/27/d524976444/htdocs/vapor/media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/logs/report_472003049.log
