guest checkout keeps clearing the form on submit

NOTE: This is a HS install that another person created and made some significant checkout code changes (in the views).

We just migrated to Joomla 3 and can't get the checkout to work properly.

1. Original migration - just migrated from J2-> J3.
PROBLEM: when entering a coupon we move to 'step-1' and loose all formatting

2. Next Try - manually re-copied all the custom view page codes over to the new system
PROBLEM: Same problem (which makes sense, I really didn't do anything different

3. Manual update - manually tried to apply the changes (mainly formatting) to the pages.
PROBLEM: when trying to 'review the order' the page just refreshes and clears the entire form

4. Final try -go back to the beginning - I just went through and completely removed all the customizations (by clicking the trash can icon on ALL of the files). So NO customizations should be in place.
But I'm still getting the 'screen blanking' when clicking the 'review order' button.

Anyone have time to take a look at the checkout (Click PRICES and then click on one of the products to get to the cart).

There are no console errors being reported.

ANY ideas what is going on here (or how do I find out WHY HS is just clearing the form)?

UPDATE: I had to take this offline (and revert back to the Joomla 2.5 version to allow sales to go through).

If anyone has any ideas about why the 'review order' button might cause the entire form to clear (but keep the cart contents) I'd love to know.

At this point I'm thinking we just need to complete re-build the checkout process in J3 and bootstrap.

NOW ...
I've completely removed all custom modifications.
Then I switched templates (to purity iii - a bootstrap template)
(I made a few 'cosmetic' changes in the CSS and added a couple headers via echo Jtext)

PROBLEMS...
1. There is no NEXT button on the form
2. After turning on the display of the checkout steps, if I manually select the Step2 process all the contents are cleared (again)

There is a small, un-labeled button in the address area. Not sure what that is, but clicking on it does the same thing.

I've tried the same thing using other templates and still get the same thing (no 'next', and clicking other items just clears the contents - but leaves the cart contents).

I'm at my end with this - any ideas about where things are going wrong would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hi, could you try to update to the 2.3.2 available from our website ?
Do you had edited any views ?

Updating to the latest version AND updating the modified views fixed the issue.
