Add name field in checkout WITHOUT Hikashop Busine

I have HikaShop version 2.1.3 and so far it's been working fine. I have a BIG issue with the checkout. I don't have any intension on putting payment options in the checkout and right now it goes straight from the cart to a thank you message with the order. I would, however, like to include a name and phone number field before I receive the email from the customer so I can contact them. Right now I receive an email of just the customers order and cannot connect it with anyone. I also do NOT want to have a login.

I have been trying to figure this out. Is there a way to add a generic field for Name, Address, Phone, Email in the checkout WITHOUT PURCHASING HikaShop Business.

I do not need all the features HikaShop Business offers, so I therefore do not want to update my version for only a couple fields in the checkout.

This is necessary in order to process the customers orders. PLEASE HELP!

You can add address custom fields via the menu Display > Custom fields.

Thanks got responding. I did that but it does not show up when I add the 'fields' to the checkout. Do I need to purchase the business version of hikashop in order for this to work?

if you create an "address" custom fields, that field will show through your billing/shipping address edition step through the checkout workflow.
If you want your custom fields to show through the "fields" step of your checkout workflow, you'll have to create "order" custom fields which are available through the business version of Hikashop.
