Warning notice at the top of the checout

Hi,

I have zero price products as brochure products with a contact for a quote button. I also have product options with default price of zero. In config 'display add to cart button for free products' is set to No as brochure products cannot be added to the cart.

This does result in the warning in the checkout that the default product options with price of zero are not available: The product x: No is not available. As this is merely the default status of the product not having these in the cart is not a problem. Is there a view that I can modify to disable this message or have you any other suggestions.
