-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : latest
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome latest

Hi,

1. add product to cart ==> checkout button in mini cart is showing (top of screen on the right)
2. delete product from cart ==> checkout button still showing (should be gone)

seems cart is not emptied fully when deleting products from orderlist?

see example: csm.siteflex.nl/index.php?option=com_hik...yout=show&Itemid=242

Tried clearing (joomla/browser)cache, no results

Any help is welcome.

Thanks in advance

Mark

Hi,

Could you please try to turn on the "group options with product" option of the configuration and see if that helps ?

Nicolas thanks for quick response.

I've done what you asked and:

1. cleared browser cache
2. cleared Joomla-cache

Still the show-cart-button in mini cart is visible.

Is there a way to force cart-clearance in some way or another?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I just tested it and it's working fine.
That's maybe coming from a cache issue so can you disable the Joomla cache, and clear it ? You'll also have to disable it in the joomla config, and unpublish the cache plugin. Also can you clear your browser's cache and try it again ?

Mohamed,

Thanks for pointing out. Indeed it was a cache-thing.
I've closed all my browser-windows and quoted the browser from OSX.

After that it worked as expected.

Thanks again.
