Remove from checkout

Joomla 2.5.20
Hikashop version 2.3.1
Address selector "List" is enabled in the configuration/checkout

How do I remove following (see the onces marked red in the picture below)



Because I only need the "Edit function" of the adress and delivery address

You just have to use some css properties.
