First, I wanted to ask you more details about your configuration : products, general configuration, discount configuration.
Because like that, except telling you that, "yes the price calculation is not correct". I don't have any tool to work and help you to fix it.

But I check other thread you wrote in order to get other details and I found this thread :

Regarding these threads, I thing your discount configuration is wrong.
In the discount configuration screenshot you posted, we can see that the coupon have a tax applied.
But you want that the discount be applied before the taxes.. So why putting a tax on the discount ?
Nicolas told you to remove that in your coupon configuration but, I don't know if you did that. We do not have "recent" screenshot of your discount configuration (or general configuration).

So, would it be possible to have some information about your actual HikaShop configuration ?
The price calculation can be wrong if you apply a discount before the tax but that discount have a tax, because discount being applied before taxes shouldn't have taxes. I guess you "gap" is there.
