Terms of sale do not appear in Pop Up Module

Hello Nicolas or Xavier,

I am finishing my check out process and the Terms of Sale as you can see on the link below appear on the left footer instead of appearing on a pop up module.
How can I make them appear in a pop up module as it is supposed to be?

Hi,

This seems to be related on your template. If you try the protostar one, I think that you don't have this issue.
It's maybe because it don't support the bootstrap popups.

Thanks to select another value for the option "Popup mode" in Configuration > Display.
