Just pay over phone

have managed his in the past with your help but i cannot get it to work now! the site is not live.

i want customers to have to provide address and email when they place an order.

I tried as guest but that did not display either address or email

i tried simplified but that makes an annoying pop up with name and address only need to be filled in.

how do i get it like i used to be able to and just have a name, address and email form with no pop ups.

i dont want to have registered customers if possible as i want to avoid storing details on he website. the payoment is taken via the phone.

must be something obvious i have missed but have been on thisa while now with no joy.

You'll just have to set the "Address selector" option to List or Drowpdown list through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout".

Also if you can't "pay over phone" the issue is probably coming from the template that you are using.

ok i set t to list and it looks better but still no email.

is that because i am the super admin trying to test it??

I have the 'Display email confirmation field' set to yes.

When testing, you must not be logged in, else its normal that the email field is not displayed.

i am not logged in and yet on another browser when i add to the basket it goes to this page pictured without asking for delivery details.

if i click the next button it tells me to select an address! but here from!

can i privatley email you or pm you the site address as it is live. I need somebody to check to see if it is working that knows what is goin on!!!

i did lnot have login at the start of the checkot workflow!!!
