Checkout-end page customization

Hi,
My checkout process is Cart->Login->End (I use Hikashop as a quote generator for guests).
Can I display a message on the last step (end)? Because the only thing I got is a "Finish" button.
I'd like to add something like "You'are almost done, please click bellow...".
How can I do that?

You can create a custom order field and set you message in it, then set it as "read only". (Display > Custom fields).

This solution is possible only with the business edition, right? I've got the essential edition but can't create a custom field attached to the order table.

Yes indeed, the order custom fields are only available in the business edition of HikaShop.
