Three questions pls:

1. I grant free shipping to all orders > $100 and have configured this correctly in the back end. However, if the customers makes changes when they review their cart prior to payment, but after the free shipping is selected (this is my preferred workflow), this can bring the order below $100 but the free shipping is not revised. How can I ensure that any adjustment to order value below the threshold is picked up, and shipping cost re-assessed?

2. I have the hikashop menu item "Cart display". If a user is not registered or logged in, they can view this cart so long as it has items in it. My issue is that when the cart is empty, the message reads "please log in first". Why does this happen, there should be no need to log-in first to view the cart.

3. Related to the cart display above, when the user deletes or modifies an item, they are sent directly to the checkout. I would prefer they are returned to the shopping pages. How can I amend that pls.

Thanks!

Hi,

1. This indicates that you turned off the "Auto select default shipping and payment methods" option of the configuration or that you removed the "shipping" view from your checkout workflow option of the configuration. So please check on these.

2. Accessing the multiple cart manager system is only possible for registered users so it's normal that you get that message. If you want a link to the current cart of the user, you want to create a menu item of the type hikashop checkout. Just change your checkout workflow in order to have the cart on a first step and the rest of the checkout on a second step.

3. I don't know about that. I tried to look at the issue on your website but it is in maintenance so I couldn't. Could you do something about that ?
