The general conditions don't show up before paying

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Mozilla

I've got two problems and one question:
One with checkout (listed here).
One with the wishlist (I shall make a seperate item for that)
And one question regarding the categorylist. I will also make a seperate item for that.

The checkout problem:
Before paying the page with general conditions does not show up.

Hi,

It looks like you have a problem with your popups.
Please change the popup mode in your HikaShop configuration (Display > General display option > Popup mode = bootstrap).
It should fix the issue with your popup and also with the "terms & cond" link which is not correctly managed by your template.
( due to the "class modal" : you will find plenty of thread already talking about this problem )

Hello,

It was not the pop-up problem.
It was the sequence of the cart.
I changed it to not-advanced and added "terms" to the sequence in the box above.
It works fine now.
