I'm getting this error when I complete a transaction through hikashop. This comes up after putting in payment information and it does send notification emails that the order has been placed, and the order appears in hikashop with no order status. I'm testing using the fake credit card details for eway. I found other threads on this topic that mentioned going into hikashop -> system -> emails. However I don't have an emails option in hikashop-> system. Under hikashop-.system->configuration->emails I have double checked everything is set correctly.

Please make sure that you have an email address configured in the from field of the Emails tab of the configuration of HikaShop.
Could you do a screenshot of that page ?
Alternatively, you can go in the menu System->Emails and try to unpublish the email which is causing that problem.

Hi, I read through that thread but found it wasn't helpful. There is no such place as system->emails? See attached screenshot for the config page of hikashop.

Could you try to checkout with another payment method, with for example "check", and validate manually the order once created in order to see if the error is still happening ?

You don't see the menu System > Emails because it's only available in the business edition of HikaShop.
