Simple checkout form

I need a simple order form. It must contain the name, phone and address fields. Without registration and login, all on one page. Please tell me how to do it ??

You just have to change the settings in Configuration > Checkout Login & registration in order to set it as "guest" checkout with address.

But now it needs to first enter EMAIL until shalt bring EMAIL ADDRESSwill not be seen (step 1). In the second step, enter address and confirm one (step 2). And only on the third step is to confirm the order (step 3). How to make the checkout process in one step (without autorizaton and confirm address)???

Note that through your checkout workflow you don't have any email address confirmation and you'll just have to be registered as a guest by giving your email address, fill your shipping/billing addresses, and then confirm your order.

But I can't see Address Fields before confirm Email
