Problem with checkout and its redirect url

Hi,

i've got a problem in a checkout. I need to redirect my visitors on my homepage, but i have a problem. My website is a multilanguage e when i redirect the people on index.php, when checkout is empty, redirect is to index but in another language and not in the same where the shop is. But if I write only a / in the redirect of checkout, all the page will be with the same url: websitefolder/index.php/, but the index is correct, but the url don't change. How can i do to fix ?

Which multilangue system are you using ?
The redirect should be in the correct language, the language data is stored in session, so redirecting should not cause any issue.

I'm using joomla in general without external component and hikashop is the free version. You aren't able to give me a resolution for this problem ? The problem is that each url, is composed by index/tag-language/name of store's page. If i write the same alias and i redirect to it, that doesn't work the same.
