Accept terms and conditions problem

-- url of the page with the problem -- : private
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.4

Hi,

when I do following steps

1. not logged in -> add an item to cart -> go to cart -> check terms -> register -> pay
2. logged in -> add am item to cart -> go to cart -> check terms ->
a) click on x to remove an item
or
b) click on update the quantity of an item
or
c) click on continue button

an Error message shows that I must accept the terms (although it is checked already) and I can not proceed.

What could cause this issue?

Hello Andreas,
Can you show me some screenshots of how did you configured the page "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" ?
Also, if you are using a SEF module / SEF options, can you disable it and try it again so that we can know if it's coming from it ?

Hello Mohamed,

please find screenshots for "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" attached.

Do you mean Hikashop SEF options only or also Joomla standard SEF? I have set Hikashop SEF as in the attached screenshot and Joomla is set to have Search Engine Friendly URLs and to Use URL rewriting. I tried to disable both together and individually. All three times normal navigation in hikashop categroies was not possible anymore.

Hi,

Without a link to your website, it will be difficult to see the problem directly and tell you more about the problem.
I don't think it will come from the SEF ; but without having a look, I can't provide any useful idea.

Hi,

We looked at your website but couldn't reproduce the problem.
It worked fine and we were able to continue the process each time.
Maybe it comes from a user session glitch on your browser. Could you try with another browser ?
