-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28

Hello, I am new to the forum and just use hikashop, congratulations for the great product. I hope to write in the right section.
I have a problem with downloadable products. After making the payment is not received the email with the link where you can download the product.
The payment is successful by using paypal and I can also see the details of the order.

Hi,

Which kind of downloadable file did you make for your product ?
In HikaShop you can add "free" or "no free" files, the "free" files are available in the product page (no need to buy the product to download).

Otherwise, you will have to check the order status of your order and check your configuration : Valid order statuses for download
