The site is still not live. The site is created in two language (using falang) - English and Spanish. In the Shop (english version) page when you click on the "Add to Cart" instead of showing the checkout screen it shows error (404). But it works fine when I do the same action in the Spanish version.

Do you have set an option to force a menu on the checkout in Configuration > Checkout ?

Thanks to give us the different urls given, the one in spanish and the other one in english.

Force a menu on the checkout is set to "None". Attached is the screenshot of the checkout configuration for reference.
