Telephone field still displays

Even though we have this field un-published, it's showing up blank on:
suzy-godsey.com/digit/index.php/shop/checkout/step/step-1

...how get rid of that "Telephone" row and where is the template?

To remove it you can edit the view "checkout / address_template" and remove the line:

<?php echo JText::sprintf('TELEPHONE_IN_ADDRESS','{address_telephone}');?>
