euro postage

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.4

my client wasnts to hae postage built into the price.. that is fine.

But they want anybody outside the UK to have to ring and buy over the phone.
How is that done please

Hi,

You have to use a zone "restriction" on your payment plugins so you will have payment plugins for UK and payment plugin for the rest of the world.
Using a manual payment method like "collect on delivery"/"check"/"bank transfer" could allow you to create a "buy over the phone" method.
