I think that you will have to edit the file "components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php" function "step()" and edit the redirect url to pass the desired parameters.

I think the array data in the file /components/com_hikashop/controllers/checkout.php
need to transfer in link /components/com_hikashop/views/checkout/tmpl/step.php on line 60
