Checkout Progress Bar Skips Terms and Conditions

Hello, there.

Good afternoon!

Clicking on the steps on checkout progress bar sometimes allows the Terms and Conditions to be skipped. Please see attached some examples.

Please could you advise if this is a bug which will be fixed soon or let me know how to customise/configure Hikashop to ensure that the check on the Terms and Conditions are always enforced?

Good afternoon!

There wasn't anything unusual that I have done. Just to be sure, I installed a brand new Joomla installation (version 3.3.6), followed by the Hikashop installation (version 2.3.3) and then configured products and checkout flow as per the previous attached images.

I managed to reproduce the errors. In fact, I went into the Hikashop live demo and configured the checkout flow accordingly and managed to reproduce the error there as well (please see attached).
