Problems to regster new customers after joomla 3.3

Hi,
I have migrated a site from Joomla 2.5.x to Joomla 3.3.3 and then upgraded to 3.3.6.
All look good and seem to work perfect till a new visitor = new customer comes and wants to order,
The customer adds the product he wants to the cart and then he need to register.
Then after filled in all required information and pressing Register a blank shop page apears and nothing happens.
It seems like it is no longer possible to register as a new customer any more.
Can you please help me to get it working again, what is wrong?

Hi,

Do you have changed your settings about the checkout ?
Please set the Joomla error reporting level to "maximum", you potentially have a php fatal error, and setting this level will show the error.

The error reporting level is set to "Maximum" and I have not changed the checkout settings since i migrated to Joomla 3.3.6.
