'terms and conditions' not displayed in popup

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Google Chrome newest

Hello I got a problem with the "terms and conditions" popup. I tried to display it.

The popup in the checkout appears, but the terms were not displayed in a correct way.

The text is displayed in the left corne at the bottom of the popup and you are not able to read the text .

In the HikaShop backend, -> System -> Configuration -> Display tab -> General display options, what's the "Popup mode" set to? Try "Mootools" and save, that should solve it.

(In Deutsch: -> System -> Konfiguration -> "Anzeige" Tab -> Allgemeine Anzeigeeinstellungen -> "Popup Modus")
