Coupon seems correct, but is not accepted by Hikas

The coupon you entered is not valid

Hi,
I am trying to get a webshop in the air. A current problem is that I cannot get the Coupon to function properly. I get the above error message, and yet, when I look in the cart the discount seems to have been deducted.
What is going wrong here?

(The site has a test account for Hikashop should you want to look further inside the site.)

As Nicolas told you by email

Hi,

First, you configured its type as a "discount" not a "coupon" so it will apply automatically to the products prices if the conditions you set in it match (that's why you get that error).
Second, your discount doesn't apply anywhere because you set a quota of 1 and a number of used times to 1. So the discount has already been used up to the quota.

So you'll have to change the type of the coupon and either increase the quota or decrease the number of uses and it will work.
