Malfunction of the delete button in the shopping

Hi everybody,
I've a malfunction of the delete button in the shopping cart.
if I click on the cancel button is the cart module that the list of products in the checkout page, the product will not be deleted and the cart does not empty but it opens the popup for entering customer data.
