forgot username and password not clear for visitor

On our site users can login after they were registered. Many customers forget the password and username made by the system. On the login page you can fill in your username and password (you have to) but when a visitor doesnt know these anymore the cannot see where/how to ask cq change that. At the end of the username or password filed there is a ? (question mark) but for the visitors it is not clear that they can ask here for there username or password.
Is it possible to make a link underneath these fields like in Joomla: I mean "forgot your username?" and forgot your password?
