In payment plugin, set option "Order status notification" to Yes.

Hi,

This indicates a problem with the email settings of either the Joomla configuration or the HikaShop configuration.
Please check them with your hosting company as the emails sent by HikaShop are sent via the Joomla library which sends them via the email server of your hosting and thus the email settings needs to be in accordance with the recommendations of your hosting company.

Thanks for the guidance.
I have created at contact form on the site and created myself as contact person.
Joomla process this form without any error and I do receive the email from the site.

Thus I guess Joomla settings are OK.
Please advise where my settings in HikaShop might need to be corrected.
Thanks!

Hi,

As I said, you need to check the Emails settings of the HikaShop configuration with your hosting company.
It's often the "multiple part" option that some email servers don't like so you can try to turn that off and see if that helps, but it could be any other option there. You either need to ask the ones managing the email server (hosting company) or trying to change all the options of the "emails" settings one by one, but it's a long process...
