404 Error on /product/updatecart

Currently it is working with Use Apache mod_rewrite set to NO. As soon as we enable it, the URL does not contain index.php as in www.dwarkamai.com/vidyapeeth/sponsorhip/...m/product/updatecart and that is when we get the 404. Would really like to enable mod_rewrite but we cannot do because of hiksshop issues.

Please try to set a value for the option "Force a menu on checkout" in Configuration > Checkout

It is available on the website. The Hikashop installation creates a default menu and it contains the checkout item. The non-SEF URL below is valid.
