Checkout switches from Paypal to Check

Hi - I have just started to get a strange problem in my checkout flow. When a customer edits their address information or logs in as a guest and adds their address information, if they choose Paypal as payment method, the cart switches back to "Check" when they click the Next button.

If I log in, clicking the Next button keeps the payment method as Paypal. However, any edits to the address will change the payment method back to Check again.

Note that you should set the "Shipping/Payment" action in the same step or after the "login/adress" action.

Thank you, I didn't know I needed to set up my checkout that way. The new ordering has fixed the problem.
