Checkout with "Force Menu" option don't work

2 days ago, I made a mistake and create this topic at improper thread . Sorry for inconvenience, If any moderator could delete it ?, I can't do it or I do not know how do it.

Well my problem is, I have a 5 steps checkout process and I created a Joomla Menu (HikaShop » checkout type) to use with it.
As you can see on attached image, I select this menu at Configuration -> Checkout -> Force a menu on the Checkout and I select Configuration -> Checkout -> Display Checkout progressbar ->Checkout progress with ending.

The problem is. When I click Checkout button on my cart, The proper Joomla Menu open with first step, but when I click on Next button nothing happend.
In addition, when I click on progress bar link the result is the same. The menu paht is "/tramitar-pedido/checkout", when I hoover mouse on link I get the path "/tramitar-pedido/checkout/task-step/step-X" where X is the step number, but when I click on it, nothing hapend, browser URL is the same (/tramitar-pedido/checkout) and remains in the initial step.

How the option " Force a menu on the Checkout" works?
Should I modify some view in order to the "Next" button works properly?
What should I do?.

Sorry for the delay, we were migrating to a dedicated server, and we tested the solution given in the other thread (download and install again HikaShop), and IT WORKS!!
