Characteristics are missing

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.28
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.33
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : FireFox 34.0.5
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No errormessage

When I go the cart and I see the summary of the products all the characteristics are missing.

Hi,

It's probably because you turned off the option "Append characteristics value to the product name" of the HikaShop configuration.
Turn it back on and that should help.
