Hikashop not responsive during checkout (Sj_plus)

Hikashop is not responsive during checkout process. I am using Sj_plus template. Please, how can i make the checkout process responsive. Thank you.

Yes. I turned on the use bootstrap design option. Everything is responsive on the template except the checkout. The site is still in my localhost. Not yet on the web server. How can i sort it out?

Please check thanks to your browser console if there is no css overrides coming from your template.

What i am asking for is that the checkout process should be responsive. It is not responsive yet. Please look at the image attached and you will see how it displays.
