Warning in shopping cart

i get this warning message how do i get it to go away and what is wrong that it comes up seems it happened after trying to configure a free us shipping charge and a charged international shipping method but eve after i disabled them it still shows up?

I just tested it on you website and it worked fine, can you clear your browser cache and test it again ? if you still have the issue can you give me step by step instructions to reproduce your issue ?
