Payment surcharge display in checkout

Hi

I would like to change the way that the surcharge is displayed on the payments area of the checkout.
Currently it displays like this:

And I would like to rearrange it like this:

Which file do I need to edit?

I did manage to get it looking the way I wanted by editing checkout / payment.php but then I switched to the Bootstrap design and my changes were lost.

Hi,

The view to edit is indeed "checkout / payment" but in this view there is two parts, one for the responsive design and another one for non responsive, so I guess that you have edited the wrong part
