0 error Access Invalid Usergroup -

Hi! I have a big problem
In the payment process, customers can choose from one alphauserpoints and Paypal.
When you click finish, we have a message:
0
error
Access Invalid Usergroup

The binding has paid with his points because he get his bill and we receive the order.
How to solve this problem?

i'm not sure if you are still experiencing the error. i think i've isolated the problem.

it's the following aup rules - default points set at 0.00 i think you either give them new points / values or unpublish them.

Change user level (1) - 0.00 (points reached)
Change user level (2) - 0.00 (points reached)
Change user level (3) - 0.00 (points reached)

i temporarily unpublished all three and no more "0 - access usergroup invalid" and empty user group errors. for me "change of user level" isn't required at this time, so it's fine. i've yet to test out putting values to them.
