Hikashop logout after cart deletion

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : After cart deletion the hikashop redirects me to .../index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=product&layout=listing site, where the User is logged out. Joomla admin displays the User as Logged-In User but the User is logged out at frontend.

Hi,
Please help me, how I could avoid a User logout, I experience periodically
after deletion of the cart content in Hikashop Essential.

After cart deletion the hikashop redirects me to .../index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=product&layout=listing site, where the User is logged out.
Joomla admin displays the User as Logged-In User but the User is logged out at frontend.

.../index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=product&layout=listing address is the same,
as the link of the continue shopping link. If I empty the continue shopping field, it doesn't
solve the problem. Joomla session timeout is 20min.

In private message I have sent the page address, username and password.

If the logout occures, the cart empty message is not displaying after cart deletion,
and hikashop redirects to .../index.php?option=com_hikashop&view=product&layout=listing site.

After login, at the right modul you will find "Alaplap" category and "ASROCK Alaplap S1155 H61M-VG3 Intel H61, mATX"
This product is configured and with this product you can test the processes.
