AdWords Code for Conversion Page: Where to Put It?

My client's ad agency has given me some Google AdWords Conversion Tracking javascript code that needs to go onto a page that customers see after they have purchased a product.

Where would that code need to be inserted?

1. i cant find the plugin "HikaShop Google Dynamic Remarketing" (using hika 2.3.3)
2. would this plugin work with all kinds of payments (Paypal payment plugin, bank transfer payment plugin, Sofort payment plugin)?
