-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.19
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 35
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The shopping cart link gives blank screen.
When product is added to cart, the pop-up box also gives blank screen
Debug mode , and error display enabled

Hi,

Please you please look in the PHP error log of your web server for the fatal error message that should be displayed on these blank pages ?
That will help us understand what's going on.

The only error we are getting in server Error logs folder is

[Fri Jan 16 20:24:37 2015] [10825260] [autoindex:error] [client 97.74.104.7:63093] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /var/chroot/home/content/60/10825260/html/: No matching DirectoryIndex (default.html,default.htm,index.php,index.shtml,index.html,index.htm,home.html,home.htm,index.php5,welcome.html,welcome.htm) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

we have copied the website to another folder


and upgraded to Hikashop latest version
2.3.5

Now checkout is not giving blank screen, it works fine..

I have just installed latest version over older one.
How about modified files..? do you provide only patch file for upgrade ..?

I am sorry but I don't understand your questions.
HikaShop replace all of his core files during the updates in order to be sure that all files will be up to date.
It does not modify the override files for the views (or css) you made.

On checkout page, for updating Quantity, we have refresh and delete icons, instead can we have +/- icons, also, ajax update available with latest version..?

On Checkout page all info is displayed on one page like, shipping, payment methods..

How to disable this one page checkout and have shipping and payment methods in subsequent pages..? once product is added to cart.

Yes it can be possible through code edition of the view "checkout / cart", it require PHP and javascript knowledges.

You can change the settings of your checkout workflow in Configuration > Checkout

Hi

Changed field type for qty input to "number" looks better
Need to have simple error notification when Shipping, Payment and terms not selected on respective steps
Autoselect shipping/payment deselected. Shipping on step 2 and Payment+Terms on step3

Hi,

By default when checking out, if the shipping or payment or field are not checked a message is displayed and you should not be able to go to the next step.

Is your template displaying the system error messages ?

Yes, the user is not able to go to next step but page just refreshes, system message enabled

Also, though few of shipping rates added and Fedex also configured, none of the shipping methods seems to be available while checkout.

I have sent admin login details via PMB, can you please check it and let us the problem

Hello,
Your issue is probably coming from the fact that you have set a "Warehouse" restriction through your FedEx configuration page, so when you test it, you should be sure that the product that your have added on your cart have the same warehouse.

All restrictions removed, fedex is displaying rates only for proper US address.
We have the same problem as discussed in the post

Origination post code : It's the post code from where products are sent
Post code : It's the sender post code

You maybe don't have any International rate because of your :
- product weight and dimensions, you should try it with smaller products
- sending address, I tried it with a USA account, and it worked fine.
