checkout by guest

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all browsers
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no customer adres shown after order by guest (without registration)

I have tried to set up a checkout workflow without registration.
But now I get the orders, but no info WHO ordered and no adres.
Any tips how to configure that?

Is this possible at all?

Hi,

Guest checkout is a feature provided by commercial edition of HikaShop.
The "address" step requires the "login" step ; if you remove them, you won't have any user or address while creating the order.
The "guest checkout" in HikaShop allow to have a special "login" step where the user can create a "guest user", an entity without username or password but with an email and some addresses.

So yes it is possible to have a guest checkout, but it requires a commercial edition of HikaShop, like listed in our comparison page.
