-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : any

Add a product with options then then please select any cobination of options (in the link example sent please select Pelmet / Soft Close Buffers etc) and then add the product to the cart.

From the car if you click on the product you get a 404 page with joomla SEF turned on. It works with SEF off.

Many thanks.

Hi,

Please post a screenshot of your settings in Configuration > Features > SEF Url options.
Do you have set canonical urls on your products ?

Hi,

Please try to specify a correct canonical url in the product edition page, for example for the product "imperial-wardrobe-width-151cm" fill the url: /fitted-wardrobes/product/imperial-wardrobe-width-151cm

You maybe have another sef component conflicting with HikaShop.

Hi,

Then it's probably that the "cart" file of the "checkout" view has been overridden with an old version of the file which doesn't support the canonical URLs.
Please rename the file template/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/checkout/cart.php via FTP and that should help.

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. I removed ALL the hikashop template overrides but there is still the same issue.

Any other ideas please?

Many thanks.

Hi,

The link in your checkout cart is a link which is pointed directly to the variant you choose.
In the test I made, it was the variant "p5i01".
So instead of having a link to "/fitted-wardrobes/product/imperial-wardrobe-width-151cm"
I got a link to "/fitted-wardrobes/product/p5i01" ; link which does not work properly as you know.

So, I think that it will be interesting to have more details about the "canonical url" which is set for this variant.
Maybe a modification will be required in HikaShop cart in order to create a link to the parent product and not the product variant ; it could solve your issues like yours.
